Salary: $23.00 - $30.00 DOE
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AMPay: Based on experiencePPE: Steel-toe boots required. Other PPE will be provided.
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep production and operations running safely and efficiently. This position is temp-to-hire with long-term potential.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment quickly and cost-effectively
Perform preventive maintenance on machines and facility equipment
Complete work orders and update maintenance tracking system
Identify and correct electrical issues (experience with drives and PLCs preferred)
Check machines for quality and productivity after repairs or downtime
Maintain repair tools, parts, and supplies
Respond quickly to safety concerns or hazards
Support facility needs such as plumbing, ventilation, and utilities
Communicate issues to supervisors and managers
Perform other related duties as needed
High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
Experience with PLCs and drives preferred
MIG or arc welding experience required
Forklift experience required (training provided)
Ability to read gauges, tools, and instruments for repairs
Safety focused
