Location: Naples, FL (On-site at Established High-End Retail Boutique)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $24/hour+ (Based on Experience)

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a proactive, organized, and team-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of an established high-end retail boutique in Naples. The ideal candidate is a true team player with strong administrative and HR-related experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This role also offers opportunities to support social media and marketing efforts, including content creation and short-form videos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to support boutique operations

  • Manage employee and customer appointment scheduling

  • Support HR-related administrative functions, including onboarding, payroll assistance, and employee documentation

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the office and front desk

  • Handle domestic and international shipping logistics

  • Track and follow up on clothing alterations and repairs

  • Troubleshoot issues related to shipping, tickets, scheduling, and customer inquiries

  • Assist with social media and marketing efforts, including posting content, engaging with followers, and helping create short videos and promotional materials

  • Collaborate closely with the boutique team to support overall business goals

Qualifications

Required:

  • Previous administrative assistant experience

  • Prior HR or people-support experience (onboarding, payroll support, employee coordination, etc.)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities

  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable using computers and office technology

Preferred:

  • Experience in high-end or luxury retail environments

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools

  • Experience using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) for business or marketing purposes

  • Basic content creation skills (photos, short videos, captions)
