A custom stair manufacturer in South Charlotte is looking for a reliable, customer-friendly Driver/Installer to join their team. If you enjoy hands-on work, have mechanical or installation experience, and a safety-first mindset — this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive a 26’ box truck to deliver custom stair systems
• Install straight and curved stair systems on construction sites
• Use hand and power tools to cut, level, shim, and secure stair components
• Read layouts and blueprints; follow site-specific instructions
• Load, deliver, and unload stairs (up to 75 lbs.)
• Occasionally assist in the warehouse
• Interact professionally with customers and site personnel

Requirements:

• Valid DOT Medical Card (up-to-date)
• Experience with mechanical assembly or installation
• Experience using hand tools, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and safety awareness
• Customer service skills and a positive attitude
