We are recruiting for a Customer Service Sales Representative to work in office. Our Client is a leading industrial distributor of products used in the construction industry. 

 

Job duties:

• Accurately enter customer orders that are received on the telephone or electronically
• Communicate with customers regarding any challenges to their order such as logistics, inventory adjustments etc.
• Provide professional administrative support for the location
• Maintain and distribute product literature

 

The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills (verbal & written), accurate order entry skills, and excellent organization skills. This position will interact directly with customers on the phone and will be responsible for assisting sales and warehouse staff with general administrative duties. Applicants must have 2-5 years of customer service experience and have a typing 10-key speed of 45 WPM.

 

 

 

This position pays between $17-19/hr and is a full time evaluation to hire, M-F opportunity with benefits, PTO, and more once hired on.
