Schedule: Weekend Shift FRI-SUN 6:00 AM - 6:30PM
Pay: $22 – $24 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our site manager and operations staff. This role includes coordinating deliveries, managing payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and possesses strong customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support plant management and leadership with general administrative duties as assigned.
· Schedule and coordinate deliveries with transportation carriers, pallet recyclers, Rehrig’s transportation group, and other customers.
· Process delivery paperwork, including BOLs, trailer audits, and related documentation.
· Prepare and submit daily production, inventory, and transportation reports.
· Maintain orderly work areas, payroll records, and time-off reporting; assist with employee processing and timekeeping.
· Communicate effectively and professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and support staff.
· Maintain accurate records and complete HR-related paperwork (WIR, LOAs, change of information forms, etc.) promptly and accurately.
· Keep site records organized and engage employees according to company standards.
· Perform other duties as assigned by site management.
· Support safety initiatives to achieve the plant’s Plan to Zero (PTZ) goals, including tracking, reporting, and celebrating safety-related events.
· Assist in posting safety materials, processes, and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in an administrative role.
· Experience in a fast-paced, production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus.
· Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Detail-oriented, self-starter, and team player.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to manage diverse and complex tasks with flexibility and adaptability.
· Excellent verbal, written, and email communication skills.
· Prior forklift experience preferred but not required.
· Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is a plus.
· High School Diploma, GED, or comparable work-related experience preferred.
