Salary: $85,000-$120,000/yr

The Specialized Recruiting Group of Olympia is now hiring an Associate Attorney for a local law firm in Olympia, WA.  This position will be on site at their Olympia office location. This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering a competitive salary of $85,000–$120,000/year DOE, plus:

• Unlimited PTO

• 10 full holidays + 7 half-day holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support and negotiate on behalf of clients

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, contracts, and other legal documents

• Manage discovery and maintain organized case files

• Conduct legal research and investigate case facts

• File documents with state and federal courts

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Prepare case progress reports and maintain billing records

• Assist in training and supervising legal assistants and paralegals

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor and active State Bar license

• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

• High emotional intelligence and ability to work with diverse personalities

• Proficient in MS 365, Google Workspace, Westlaw, and TABS (preferred)

• Familiarity with legal terminology and confidentiality standards

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

• 1 year of Family Law, 2-3 years preferred
