Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up medical equipment from customers, healthcare facilities, and other locations.
• Assist customers with equipment setup, operation, and basic instructions.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and answer questions about products.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.
• Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, customer information, and required paperwork.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and properly maintained while following all safety procedures.
