Description

• Full-time Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative role with a respected insurance firm.
• Answer and assist incoming customer calls regarding policy coverage, modifications, and inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and ensure customers receive proof of insurance and proper documentation.
• Track customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams and stay current on insurance products and marketing updates.
• Focus on delivering a positive customer experience through clear communication and professionalism.

 

Requirements

• Bilingual required (English/Spanish).
• Previous customer service experience is required; insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
• Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
