Hours: Vary by shift; breakfast shift starts at 5:00 AM, dishwashers typically arrive at 8:00 AM. Shifts will be communicated in advance.

About the Role:
Join a high-end hotel in Baton Rouge with a full-service restaurant, banquet facilities, and private event spaces. This role is essential to keeping operations running smoothly by maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and assisting other areas as needed.

Primary Duties:

• Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness in the back of house

• Assist with clearing dishes in other areas if needed

• Stay until the end of the shift to help close down operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in dishwashing or the food industry preferred, but not required

• Dress Code: All black attire (black t-shirt, black pants) and non-slip shoes

• Dependable and willing to work flexible shifts

Reports To: Chef
