Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join a reputable local company in Freeport, FL. Track daily employee hours and assist with payroll submissions
Follow up on outstanding customer accounts
Manage office inventory and supply orders
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Handle incoming calls and greet walk-in customers professionally
Support sales team with administrative tasks
Assist with scheduling, travel coordination, and general office operations
5–10 years of office administration experience (construction industry experience is a plus)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
Notary Public is a plus
Long-term, stable position with a reputable local company
Monday through Friday schedule — no weekends
