Job Title: Construction Worker/ Fence Installer

Shift: 1st Shift M-F

Pay: $17-18 / hr

Responsibilities:

• Learn and efficiently navigate proprietary installation techniques and tools.
• Understand, prioritize, and manage installation projects from start to finish.
• Review project specifications and schedule installations with urgency; actively recruit and train team members as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive site assessments to ensure proper alignment and design of fences.
• Engage in consistent client communication, including on-site consultations and follow-ups; build and maintain client relationships through regular updates.
• Use and maintain installation tools and equipment; ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of project timelines and installation activities; provide support to Senior Staff and team members during absences.

Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage projects and deadlines.
• Friendly, helpful approach to addressing client concerns; adherence to a professional dress code.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a team-focused environment.
