Join a construction materials company who has been serving customers for over 60 years! This business is searching for Production Workers for their St. Cloud, MN location, offering Monday-Friday 1st or 2nd shift schedules. As a Production Worker, you'll be weighing products, operating machines, labeling products, and moving products around the facility with a forklift. The ability to wear PPE and lift up to 80 lbs. (as a team) is required for this role. 

Schedule

Choose from a 1st shift or 2nd shift schedule:

• Both shifts are Monday-Friday
• 1st shift (choose your start time): 5:00am or 6:00am to 2:00pm
• 2nd shift (choose your end time): 2:00pm to 9:00pm or 10:00pm
• Evaluation-to-hire

Pay

• $18.00-$22.00/hour, DOE
• Weekly paychecks every Friday

Responsibilities and Duties

• Operate production equipment
• Ensure accurate weight of product
• Label product
• Operate a forklift
• Review and assist with maintaining inventory
• Palletize product

Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Forklift training
• Ability to bend and stoop throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, climb stairs, and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to grip, grasp, or twist hands and wrists throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 80 lbs. as a team (occasionally)
• Ability to wear safety equipment such as a hard hat, ear protection, safety boots, and safety glasses throughout the shift
• Ability to wear safety equipment such as a respirator, safety apron, gloves, etc. for specific jobs (occasionally)
