Maintenance Supervisor

Located in Daytona Beach, FL

Salary: $20-$30

Responsibilities: The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for: managing and training maintenance staff; planning and directing daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and as needed maintenance and repair projects; developing and implementing a plan of preventative maintenance; maintaining records of maintenance and repair activities; conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and issues that require attention; coordinate the purchase of needed supplies for maintenance and repair tasks; ensure adherence to required safety policies and those that may be required by regulatory agencies; work with outside vendors as needed to provide access and assistance as needed to allow them to complete their work; and coordinate and facilitate inspections.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role

Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, elevators, etc.)

Excellent planning and leadership abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Certifications or licenses in a trade or skill is a plus

Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations
