Pay: Starting at $19/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with potential for OT)
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (Evaluation to Hire)
Screening Requirements: Background Check & 6-Panel Drug Screening (Including THC)

Are you someone who takes pride in making a visible difference in your community? We’re hiring dependable and motivated individuals to join our Environmental Clean-Up Crew in the Eugene/Springfield area!

This is a hands-on general labor position where you'll assist in cleaning up sites affected by homelessness and hazardous debris. Most work is local, but occasional travel to out of town cities may be required — transportation is provided.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Clean up and removal of debris from public and private properties

• Assist in clearing items left behind at homeless encampments

• Work outdoors in a team setting at various locations

• Follow safety protocols and wear provided PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor

• Comfortable working in environments that may involve hazardous or sensitive materials

• Must have a valid driver’s license (you may occasionally drive a company vehicle but will most often ride as a passenger)

• Reliable and punctual with a team-first attitude
