The Bakery Mixer will prepare large batches of dough and batter by accurately measuring ingredients, operating mixing equipment, and monitoring processes to ensure quality and consistency. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and adherence to food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Accurately measure and combine ingredients per recipes and production guidelines. Operate industrial-sized mixers and related production equipment. Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and product consistency for quality control. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment in compliance with food safety regulations. Keep accurate records of ingredient usage and production processes. Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow. Perform basic troubleshooting and first-line maintenance on equipment. Qualifications: Required: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Mechanical aptitude for operating and maintaining mixers. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong teamwork and time management skills. Preferred: Previous experience in a commercial or industrial bakery setting. Work Environment: Fast-paced, high-volume commercial bakery environment. Physically demanding tasks with collaborative team-based work.
