Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 3PL Operations Lead to oversee and support daily warehouse operations. This role works closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to manage staff, coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth order flow using ShipHero WMS and Slack for team communication.

Key Responsibilities
•    Supervise and manage warehouse staff, providing guidance and training
•    Oversee and participate in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
•    Manage and maintain inventory accuracy within ShipHero WMS
•    Monitor inbound and outbound orders and ensure timely processing
•    Troubleshoot WMS issues and support staff with system usage
•    Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and order tracking
•    Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
•    Communicate effectively with team members in both English and Spanish using Slack and other tools
•    Support the Warehouse Supervisor with operational planning and process improvements

Qualifications
•    Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
•    Experience managing warehouse staff in a 3PL or similar environment
•    Experience with ShipHero or similar WMS systems
•    Experience with picking, packing, and shipping operations
•    Strong computer and data management skills
•    Comfortable using Slack and other digital communication tools
•    High attention to detail and accuracy
•    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•    Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

•    Flexible schedule required
•    Must be available for overtime and weekend work as needed
