Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing
Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate records of all transactions
Answer basic customer inquiries about accounts, products, and services
Identify opportunities to refer customers to additional banking products or services
Maintain confidentiality and comply with all bank policies and procedures
Provide excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous cash-handling or customer service experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer and math skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
