We are actively hiring an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper in Destin, Florida to support reputable and established local businesses throughout Okaloosa and Walton Counties. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a skilled bookkeeping or accounting professional with strong QuickBooks experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations

• Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records

• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close

• Work daily in QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop

• Communicate with clients, vendors, and CPA firms as needed

• Ensure compliance with accounting best practices and deadlines

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience (required)

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop required)

• Solid understanding of accounting principles

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines

• Prior experience working in a CPA firm or accounting office is a strong plus
