The Housekeeping & Sanitation Specialist is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary conditions in residential homes. This role involves performing thorough cleaning tasks, organizing spaces, and ensuring a comfortable and healthy environment for residents. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced in residential cleaning and sanitation practices.

Job Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas according to established standards
• Wash windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed
• Organize and maintain household items and supplies
• Manage laundry, linens, and waste disposal in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain an organized cleaning supply inventory and request restocking as needed
• Ensure a consistently clean and welcoming environment for residents
