Remote Customer Service Representative, Work From Home (Must have reliable computer and internet connection)

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives the pay is $13 an hr. with the opportunity to earn additional commission. Agents can earn up to an additional $3.00/an hr with average commission earnings typically range from $1.00 to $1.50 per hour. Additional details regarding the commission structure will be provided during training.

Position Details

This is a Sales Representative position; Agents make outbound calls using an automatic dialer to offer prospective customers and businesses a free 30-day trial of online compliance resources. These resources help organizations comply with OSHA, DOT, HR, and EPA regulations

Requirements

• Pass a 7-year background check
• Windows 11 computer (Chromebooks & Apple products are not compatible)
• Wired Ethernet internet connection 
• Headset with microphone 
• Webcam
• Quiet, dedicated workspace 
• Strong computer skills & ability to navigate multiple programs 
• Professional Communication & reliability 

Schedule

• Monday –Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST

• Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM 

• No weekend or major holidays
