Location: Mount Pleasant, PA

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Position:
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Associate to join our team in Mount Pleasant! This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with maintenance experience who enjoys both indoor and outdoor work. You’ll help keep the facility clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Associate:

• Sweep curbs, weed, and remove outside trash
• Clean filters in rooms
• Inspect rooms and furniture for scuffs; ensure everything looks its best
• Change light bulbs and clear sink drains
• Unclog toilets as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment inside and outside the facility
• Complete a set number of room/furniture checks daily

Requirements of the Maintenance Associate:

• Previous maintenance experience required
• Ability to perform physical tasks (sweeping, weeding, lifting, cleaning)
• Good attention to detail and reliability
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness
