Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional and motivated Employment Specialist to join a busy office in Marion, IN. The goal of this role is to help maintain smooth office operations and schedules while providing excellent customer service.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system

• Assist with job orders as needed

• Conduct phone interviews with applicants

• Provide strong customer service to clients and candidates

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar administrative or customer service role

• Ability to work independently and stay motivated

• Strong prioritization and time management skills

• Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable

• Consistent work history
