Express Employment of Downey is currently seeking ORDER PICKERS for a logistics company in the city of Compton!

Schedule: Morning shift - start time will constantly vary from 6AM to 8AM (12 to 14 HOUR SHIFTS - MANDATORY OVERTIME FROM DAY 1! MUST BE ADAPTABLE TO ALL OVERTIME)

Pay: $17.00 an hour ($25.50 an hour overtime rate)

Qualifications:

• Must live within 5 miles of Compton area
• Clean background REQUIRED
• Must have personal vehicle or secure carpool/transportation
• Bilingual is a PLUS but not required (fluent English is a MUST)
• Experience using RF scanners
• Must be able to withstand physically demanding tasks (constant heavy lifting - up to 50 pounds)
• Ability to follow instructions
• Work well on a team or independently

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload product
• Pick/pack orders
• Box and shrink wrap items for delivery
• Build pallet for orders
• Help organize warehouse and maintain inventory organized
• Other tasks as needed or required (MUST BE ADAPTABLE)
