Janitor/Maintenance worker

Located in tigard, OR

We are looking for an organized and hardworking janitor to join our company. You'll be responsible for keeping our building clean. In addition to maintaining the inside of the building, you may also be expected to keep exterior areas neat and orderly. This position involves a variety of cleaning tasks, so the ideal candidate should be dependable and willing to take on multiple responsibilities.

Janitor Duties and Responsibilities

• Gather and empty trash and trash bins
• Wash windows, walls, and glass surfaces
• Order and restock cleaning supplies
• Change light bulbs and replace fixtures as needed
• Notify management of necessary major repairs
• Secure buildings by locking doors after hours
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming
• Handle spills and other hazards using appropriate cleaning tools
• Clean restrooms and replenish soap, toilet paper, and other necessities
