Location: Groveland
Pay Rate: $16/hour

Hours: 9:00am -5:30pm
Schedule: Monday – Wednesday (Part-Time)

 

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Blending Production Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll be involved in blending spices and teas, operating machinery, and performing tasks that require physical strength and attention to detail.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate blending and production machinery efficiently and safely

• Handle and move heavy bags or containers of raw materials (heavy lifting required)

• Accurately measure, mix, and prepare ingredients

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE, including a mask

• Work in an environment with strong aromas from spices and teas

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy items consistently throughout the shift

• Comfortable working around spices and teas (strong scents)

• Willingness to wear a mask during all shifts

• Previous machine operation experience highly preferred

• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
