Express Employment is looking for a Delivery Driver/ CDL Driver
The Regional Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products to customers, while supporting warehouse operations as needed. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a clean, safe, and productive work environment for both the driver and fellow team members.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer trucks to transport cargo to and from designated locations.
• Load, secure, and unload products to ensure safe and efficient deliveries.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance; report any defects or repair needs to supervisor.
• Maintain communication with dispatch via radio or telephone for delivery updates or schedule changes.
• Complete all required delivery and pick-up documentation accurately and on time.
• Keep accurate travel and cargo logs in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Support warehouse operations as needed, including organizing and maintaining a safe, clean work area.
• Ensure professional presentation and proper maintenance of assigned vehicles.

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Valid CDL license required.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving practices.
• Proficiency in operating vehicles, tools, and related equipment.
• Ability to safely drive various types of vehicles.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Skilled in making sound decisions and exercising good judgment.
• Experience performing heavy manual labor in varying weather conditions.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to drive for extended periods of time.
• Comfortable working in outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
• Frequent standing, lifting, reaching, bending, climbing, and kneeling.
