Pay Rate:
$20.00 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Start Dates:
We are looking for reliable and motivated Assembly Lead to join our team assembling cellular tower antennas. Most work is done at standing-height tables, with some lifting of components up to 50 lbs.
Assemble components according to engineering drawings and work instructions
Use basic hand and power tools (screwdrivers, pliers, small drills, etc.)
Measure components with precision tools (calipers, etc.)
Perform quality checks during and after assembly
Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience with light mechanical assembly (small parts preferred)
Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions
Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
