We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our automotive tinting team as a Tinter Helper. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll assist our lead tinters in prepping vehicles, applying window film, and ensuring a flawless finish. Bilingual is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prep vehicle windows for tint application
• Assist with measuring and cutting window film
• Support lead tinters during installation
• Help remove old tint and adhesive residue
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Handle tools and materials safely and efficiently
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Learn and follow tinting techniques and safety protocols

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks
• Comfortable working in a shop environment and around vehicles
• Basic knowledge of hand tools (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
