STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Our client is a dynamic and expanding Certified Public Accounting firm with four locations across the Minneapolis/St. Paul and the Rochester area. They specialize in providing accounting, payroll, and tax services to small and medium-sized businesses.

We are currently seeking an Accountant/Bookkeeper to join their Rochester office.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of accounting and payroll
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and payroll
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus
• QuickBooks experience (preferred)
• A motivated, self-driven individual eager to learn and grow professionally

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide bookkeeping services to small and medium-sized business clients.
• Assist senior staff with accounting projects.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Communicate and interact with clients as needed

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time (with some flexibility)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, in person

Salary

• $45,000 – $51,000 per year
