Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and motivated individuals for a Sawmill Clean‑Up Crew position with a reputable company in the Flathead Valley.

Position: Sawmill Clean‑Up Crew Member

Location: Flathead Valley
Schedule: Thursday–Sunday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM (4x10.5‑hour shifts with ½‑hour unpaid lunch)
Pay: $22.55/hr
Status: Full‑Time (40 hours/week)

What You’ll Do

• Shovel and clear wood dust and shavings into designated disposal areas
• Pick up scrap iron and general garbage and place in proper bins
• Use air hoses to blow wood dust from rafters, beams, and elevated surfaces
• Clean up oil and water spills as needed
• Sweep floors and walkways using brooms and hand tools
• Assist Maintenance Millwrights with additional tasks as needed
• Perform frequent shoveling and other physically demanding duties

What You Bring

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to perform labor‑intensive work, including prolonged standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfort working in environments with varying temperatures and airborne particles (e.g., sawdust)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen
• Must follow all company safety procedures
• Ability to work in dusty conditions (N95 mask optional for comfort)
