We’re hiring a hands-on, mechanically skilled Machine Repair Technician to install, maintain, and repair arcade-style equipment at client sites across the region. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with your hands, and don’t mind getting a little dirty, this is the job for you. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble new amusement and vending equipment

• Diagnose and repair broken or damaged machines (e.g., jukeboxes, pool tables, arcade games)

• Perform tasks such as recovering pool tables, replacing parts, soldering electronics, and troubleshooting wiring issues

• Load and unload games and equipment into and out of box trucks

• Unload incoming freight shipments

• Drive company box trucks and vehicles to various client sites

• Prepare equipment for transport to other branches

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Support with additional duties as assigned 

  Requirements:

  • Must have a valid North Carolina Driver’s License with a clean driving record

  • Must pass a background check

  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings

  • Able to lift at least 75 lbs regularly; team lifting required for heavier equipment

  • Comfortable operating and driving box trucks and company vehicles

  • Proficient in using hand and power tools (must have your own basic tools)

  • Experience in one or more of the following:

    • Cat5 or audio wiring

    • Appliance or low-voltage equipment repair

    • Electronics soldering and troubleshooting

  • Comfortable working in varied environments including restaurants, bar chains, and adult entertainment venues

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
