CNC Machinist

Located in Commerce Township, MI

Salary: $25 per hour

We have partnered with a local company that is a leading supplier of Full Service End of Arm Tooling and Automation solutions.  

Summary: We are looking for a CNC Machinist. Min 3-5 year using CNC's. Fanuc Controls and Conversational Experience. The machinist will be programing and working on Y Axis Lathe Milling Machines using conversational Manual Guide I Fanuc Controls.  This is not a machine shop. Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED. Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma.

Qualifications:   

• Standing long hours. Bending Reaching Lifting (nothing too heavy)
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• CNC Speed and Feed
• Strong Communication Skills
• Must know how to do offsets, feeds & speeds, and understands general tooling practices
• Should know G Code and be able to write a full program
• Read Design Prints
• Work with designers for constant improvement
• Document and Log set-up sheets
• Participate in the design and development for test automation and support
• Write Programs using Conversational Programming Fanuc Manual Guide I, Milltronics Centurion and G-code and BobCad Software
• Help Assembly Automation

Schedule: Monday - Friday 07:00am - 05:00pm
