A nationwide construction company is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Construction Office Manager to provide administrative support for an active job site in the Tigard area. You’ll be the main point of contact in the on-site office, supporting the project manager and helping ensure daily operations run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, works well independently, and has strong communication skills.

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming phone calls from contractors and project partners
  • Perform data entry and basic logging into project management systems
  • Print, copy, and organize documents and forms as needed
  • Open the office each morning and maintain general cleanliness
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Act as a personal assistant to the Project Manager (reminders, scheduling, task follow-ups)
  • Provide project-related updates such as permitting or scheduling notices
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
