Job Title: Office Coordinator Location: West Liberty, Ohio (On-Site)Schedule & Pay:• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM• $20 per hourThe Office Coordinator will handle daily administrative tasks, customer interactions, and order entry. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and supporting both customers and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:• Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.• Answer and route incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.• Enter customer orders accurately into our system and maintain order tracking.• Process invoices and manage basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.• Maintain organized office files and records.• Support internal departments with administrative needs as required.• Ensure the front office area is welcoming and professional.Qualifications:• Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office coordinator role (manufacturing or machining industry experience a plus).• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.• Excellent communication and customer service skills.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.• High school diploma or equivalent
