Full-Time | $20/hr | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

We’re hiring for a Food Production Tech to join our growing warehouse team in Gridley, IL!

In this role, you’ll operate, monitor, and troubleshoot final packaging equipment, including bagging, sealing, labeling, and boxing machinery, to keep production running smoothly. You’ll also inspect finished products to ensure quality, consistency, and accurate labeling according to batch specifications.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience with bagging and packaging equipment (100+ pouches per minute)

• Mechanically inclined and able to adjust machinery settings (speed, temperature, etc.)

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
