Job Summary:

Are you passionate about interior design and helping customers create beautiful spaces? Join our team at a leading furniture retailer, as a Retail Sales Associate. You’ll be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect pieces for their home while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a warm, engaging experience
• Actively listen to customers’ needs and offer knowledgeable product recommendations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all furniture products, styles, pricing, and availability
• Assist customers with purchasing, financing, and delivery options
• Achieve or exceed sales goals through effective upselling and customer relationship building
• Ensure showroom displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Process transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Participate in regular team meetings and product training sessions

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience (furniture or home decor sales a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required
