Pay rate: $20-22.00/hr.

Schedule:  Monday – Thursday 5:45am-4:15pm

Job Description

 

Defect inspection of miniature glass products utilizing magnifiers and/or microscopes. Cutting multi-shaped glass to exact sizes using diamond tools.

Duties include:

 

• Magnifier/ Microscope inspection of glass parts for defects which include chips, cracks, scratches, airlines, cleanliness, etc.
• Snap cutting multi-shaped glass to various lengths.
• Counting and packaging parts into inspection trays, bags, or vials.
• Minor data entry using Microsoft excel.
• Understanding drawings, orders, specifications, and worksheets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Must have a valid non-CDL driver’s license
• Must be willing to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and participate in on-going random drug screen program
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
