🔧 What You’ll Do

• Operate and set up department equipment to meet or exceed production standards

• Perform accurate set ups using knowledge of tooling, machine capabilities, and adjustments

• Assist engineering and management with troubleshooting production and quality processes

• Use and maintain personal hand tools for operation, set up, and adjustments

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

• Follow all quality system requirements including error prevention, SPC, and waste reduction

✔️ Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong blueprint reading & basic arithmetic skills

• Manufacturing and machine set-up experience preferred

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality

• Reliable, consistent work history
