Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift

Located in Malakoff, TX

Salary: $18-20/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for a local company in the Malakoff, TX area.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5PM - 2AM

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and shop equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement solutions quickly to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and parts usage.
• Ensure all maintenance work follows company safety standards and OSHA regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Production Mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical repairs.
• Stick welding experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with shop tools, welding, and fabrication is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
