Event Dates: March 7-15, 2026
Shifts: AM starting at 7:00 AM
            PM starting at 3:00 PM
            Overnight starting at 11:00 PM

Compensation: $16.60 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking friendly and reliable individuals to provide excellent service as Badge Checkers/Scanners for an upcoming conference. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth attendee check-in and access control throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet attendees in a professional and welcoming manner
• Scan attendee badges at entrances and session rooms using handheld scanners
• Verify attendee credentials and provide directions as needed
• Monitor entrances to ensure only authorized attendees enter designated areas
• Answer general event questions and assist with wayfinding
• Communicate with event staff about any access issues or concerns

Requirements

• Professional, courteous, and approachable demeanor
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable using a scanner
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous customer service or event staffing experience preferred but not required

·       Uniform - White shirt, black tie, (white blouse and no tie is acceptable for female staff), black pants (no jeans), black belt, non-slip black shoes (no sneakers), and black blazer/suit jacket. To be scheduled for an interview, you must provide proof that you have the uniform.
