We are seeking experienced and strategic Senior Logistics Managers to oversee and optimize our supply chain and transportation operations. This leadership role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of managing complex logistics networks, improving efficiency, and driving cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels
• Oversee relationships with carriers, suppliers, and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance
• Manage a team of logistics coordinators and warehouse staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight
• Analyze key metrics and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and corporate policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and finance, to support organizational goals
• Drive process improvement initiatives and implement technology solutions to enhance logistics operations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations leadership
• Proven experience managing teams and complex logistics networks
• Strong knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and ERP software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with global supply chain operations, import/export, and regulatory compliance
• Lean/Six Sigma or other process improvement certification
• Track record of successfully implementing cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements
