We are seeking results-driven Finance Specialists to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting management in strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, financial modeling experience, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports for management review.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making.
• Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends or variances.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Conduct cost analysis to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Provide recommendations to improve financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required).
• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain financial data to non-finance teams.
