Event Staff

Located in Delray Beach, FL

We’re hiring dependable and enthusiastic Event Staff to support setup, operations, and breakdown for a variety of events, from corporate functions and trade shows to community outreach and restoration deployments. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy fast-paced environments, teamwork, and hands-on tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, including tables, chairs, signage, equipment, and décor
• Greet guests, check credentials, and provide directions or support as needed
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness, safety, and supply levels
• Support food service, registration, or vendor coordination, depending on event type
• Respond to on-site needs and communicate with supervisors or coordinators
• Break down and clean up the event space post-event
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with guests and team members
• Follow safety protocols and client-specific guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous events, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Reliable transportation to event sites
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) a plus, depending on client base
• Comfortable working indoors or outdoors in varied conditions
