We’re seeking dependable and detail-driven Inventory Specialists to manage stock levels, track materials, and support operational efficiency across a range of industries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly, and takes pride in accuracy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems or spreadsheets
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Organize and label inventory in warehouse, job site, or storage areas
• Prepare orders for dispatch or job deployment; coordinate with field teams and vendors
• Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low or excess inventory
• Assist with returns, damaged goods, and warranty tracking
• Support compliance with safety and handling protocols
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience
• Familiarity with inventory software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varied environments (warehouse, job site, office)
• Excellent communication and time management
• Forklift certification or equipment handling experience is a plus
