Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering customized solutions to meet their transportation needs.

• Develop and grow new business in LTL and Dedicated freight services.

• Prepare and present professional sales proposals and rate packages.

• Collaborate closely with operations to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

• Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.

• Conduct engaging product presentations and service demonstrations.

• Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

• Report on sales performance metrics and contribute to business development strategies.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in freight transportation (LTL or Dedicated).

• Strong understanding of freight rates and carrier operations.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Solid customer relationship management experience (minimum 5 years).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually

• Commission Potential: Up to an additional $100,000 per year
