About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Skip Tracer with prior experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for locating individuals, businesses, and assets for collections, legal, and investigative purposes while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Locate individuals, businesses, and assets using public and proprietary databases, social media, and other investigative tools.

• Conduct skip tracing for collections, legal, or investigative purposes.

• Verify and update contact information and maintain accurate records of findings.

• Communicate findings effectively to internal teams and clients.

• Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines while performing investigations.

• Provide detailed reports and documentation of skip tracing activities.

• Collaborate with internal departments to support collections or investigative processes.

Qualifications:

• Prior skip tracing or investigative experience required.

• Strong research and analytical skills.

• Proficiency with online databases, social media, and investigative tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines related to skip tracing.

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
