Job Title: Swing Shift Production Operator
Location: Candler, NC
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts
Pay Rate: $20/hr (with opportunities for pay increases as you learn more!)

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the daily operations of the production line run smoothly, producing high-quality products in a safe environment while achieving performance goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Inspect equipment for replacements, malfunctions, and necessary repairs, and recommend improvements.
• Assist with production line changeovers, including setting up equipment and ensuring product recipe compliance.
• Monitor process parameters to ensure quality standards are met.
• Bring samples to the lab and report any quality issues with raw materials or finished goods.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment or process issues.
• Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Occasionally attend training classes to enhance your skills.
• Handle unexpected tasks with a proactive, can-do attitude.

What We’re Looking For:

• GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating swing shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform minor equipment maintenance.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
