Job Summary:

 

Schedule Mon-Tues 7:00am-3:30pm, Wed 6:30am-3:00pm, Thurs-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay is $18 

 

The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through scheduled cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and supporting warehouse operations. This role requires proficiency in operating cherry pickers and high-reach forklifts to count and verify stock stored at various heights.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate cherry pickers and possibly high reach forklifts to access and count high-level inventory.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings to inventory control or warehouse supervisors.
• Assist in maintaining accurate stock records in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Work with receiving, shipping, and production teams to resolve stock issues.
• Support full physical inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures when using equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in designated inventory storage areas.
• This role may also involve assisting with other warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one).
• Experience operating cherry pickers or high-reach forklifts required.
• Previous warehouse and inventory control experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must have good verbal and written (English) communication skills.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and inventory software.
• Basic math skills for stock calculations and reconciliation.
• Basic understanding of Excel.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with potential exposure to varying temperatures.
• Requires working at heights using cherry pickers and high-reach equipment.
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs throughout the shift.
• Overtime may be required.
• Schedule Mon-Tues 7:00am-3:30pm, Wed 6:30am-3:00pm, Thurs-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm
• Starting pay for a well-qualified candidate up to 18$hr with 1$hr high reach differential (if they can pass the certification test.)
