Hearing Instrument Specialist

A locally owned hearing care provider is seeking a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist to manage and lead operations at two clinic locations in Oregon City and Beaverton. In this appointment-based role, you'll focus on patient care—consulting, fitting, and following up with clients—while supported by a dedicated team of Patient Care Coordinators. You’ll have the flexibility to schedule your weeks in advance and will play a key role in the clinic’s growth and success.

Job Duties:

• Conduct hearing assessments and consultations with patients and prospects
• Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aid solutions based on individual needs
• Provide ongoing follow-up and support to ensure optimal patient satisfaction and retention
• Oversee and support clinic operations in both Oregon City and Beaverton
• Lead and manage a team of Patient Care Coordinators
• Coordinate with the owner and marketing team on outreach campaigns and lead generation
• Attend regular meetings with regional management to review financials, performance goals, and clinic success metrics
• Travel between clinic locations as needed with mileage reimbursement
• Earn commission based on monthly sales performance beyond a set threshold
