Member Service Representative

A well-established local bank, serving the community for over 20 years, is seeking a Member Service Representative to join their front-office team. In this role, you'll provide excellent customer service by assisting members with everyday banking needs, opening accounts, issuing debit cards, and offering general office support. This is more than a teller role—it's a chance to be part of a tight-knit team in a customer-focused environment.

Job Duties:

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing
• Open new accounts and assist with account updates
• Issue and update debit cards using the bank’s internal system
• Guide customers through mobile banking apps and basic online features
• Provide front desk coverage and greet walk-in clients
• Deliver general administrative and customer support
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to better assist customers
